I'm not a big fan of blogging about posts on other blogs but there have been some excellent posts I've read over the last week or so that I want to share.
First, Mr Colman has a fantastic post about the power of being low fidelity.
John Grant has a great series of posts on green marketing, and asks the question of why this seems to provoke less conversation in the planning community than discussions on complexity and the tyranny of propositions.
Beeker has a couple of great posts, one on the problems of specialism and one on the differences between US and UK planning.
David Nottoli has a great link to a NPR show on the neuroscience of creativity.
And finally, David's partner in the Open Intelligence Agency (and Darth Strategist) the inestimable Mr. Russell Davies has a great post on the Johnson vs Eno debate and some thoughts on consilience, and points us to what I believe will become the planner's best friend Swivel - brilliantly described as 'YouTube for data' (hopefully that aphorism will keep Richard happy).
Nice of you to say so Mr.Kay, thanks.
