I posted earlier this week about the importance of every advertiser to do good work and promised to post a quote by Charles Inge about this. Although he talks about the need for big agencies to do great work, I think it holds true for everyone:
"Because we are so big, we have a duty to do good ads. An agency this size gets into people's living-rooms so much that we have to do good work. Every good ad is good for our business, and every bad ad is a chip off the block of advertising."
Which simply begs the question about when his agency is going to start to do good work?
