I wish I had this idea. It's a book by a collective of artists called Illegal Art who placed a box marked suggestions with a clipboard, paper and pen in various locations around NYC. The book collects the suggestions made by the public. It's a great, natural and organic way to understand what's going on in people's lives. Could have been the best research project ever...

An even cooler idea, I think, is the Truckazine -- a interesting looking pickup truck that goes around New York selling subversive artistic and political local publications from the area, including Illegal Art.
As temporary satellite stories become ever more popular, simpler concepts like a pickup truck-cum-magazine stand represent a truer entreprenurial and nomadic personality.
