The rather fantastic people at Trumpet have set up a day in New Orleans on October 26th to bring together creatives, planners and media. It's called Polygamous Weddings and it's a mix of provocations and debate around how we need to bring these three disciplines seamlessly together if we are to produce powerful, effective, good, interesting work.
There's a great bunch of people making short twenty minute or so provocations including Adrian Ho, Ed Cotton, Lisa Seward, Paul Woolmington, Rob Walker and Russell Davies among others (but you'll have to suffer 20 minutes of me during the fabulously titled 'Account Planning Power Hour'.)
On top of this there will be some working sessions and that city's famous hospitality.
The site here has all the info, registration details, etc.
Try and make it down - it's a great city and promises to be a really good, interesting day.

Awesome! It's going to be a great polygamouswedding! Looking forward to eating tons of Cajun food when you get down here. Check out the blog too - http://www.polygamousweddings.com/blog/

Yes, I think Gareth put the wrong date above. It is October 26 and we just booked a new speaker! Michael Jager from JDK!
